How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Profile → Subscription & Billing → Manage Billing. You can cancel anytime and retain access until the end of your billing period.
Is my health data private?
Yes. Your data is encrypted, never sold, and only used to provide you with personalized insights. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How does the AI analysis work?
Our AI looks for patterns in your logged data (food, symptoms, sleep, etc.) and provides insights. It's not medical advice - always consult your doctor.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Go to Profile → Export Your Data. You can download your data as JSON or a readable text report.
How do I delete my account?
Contact us at support@mouthtogut.com and we'll process your deletion request within 48 hours. All your data will be permanently removed.
